K Furniture reserve the right to withdraw or change any offers published on this site. Purchases will be confirmed before any payment is taken. Furniture will be assembled by a white glove delivery service team at an additional charge, (cost subject to postal code) to your home and the proper condition of the product confirmed.

Returns:

When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original packaging. Any packaging or postage cost will be your responsibility.

Returned goods that have been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer for a credit, will not be refunded. We will contact you and hold the goods for up to one month if you request a third party inspect the goods.

Cancellations:

Once you order goods from us, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach of our obligations to you.

Delivery Access and measurements:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that correct measurements have been made so that there is safe access to the premises and that doorway width is sufficient and that the furniture will be fit. Any cost in deliveries which due to access or size of premises are not completed will be charged to the customer.
